About the Writing by Mara
After writing Sage, Huntress, Lover, Queen: Access Your Power and Creativity through Sacred Female Archetypes - I was guided to go deeper. It has been a potent calling to create an Oracle deck based on the creative and ritualistic practices born out of the divine feminine archetypal journey. Collaborating with artist Laura Mowbray has been a profoundly spiritual experience. Each card crafted and written with intention, infused with prayers, and held in the powerful embrace of the divine feminine matrix.
About the Artwork by Laura
All artwork is original. Created in a unique process of layering photography, light and colour filters, and hand drawings—each card created as a living visual portal. The imagery draws from Mara’s writing of the sacred feminine archetypes, the natural landscape of rural Canada, and the unseen realms that guide us.
Why We Chose to Self-Publish
This deck is a soul offering. Mara and Laura poured their hearts and resources in creating the Divine Matrix Oracle, a 3-year creative process rooted in intuition and trust. They chose to self-publish to honour the creative integrity of the work, maintain full ownership, and ensure every detail—from design to production—reflects the heart of this project.

Mara Branscombe is a yoga and meditation teacher, author, artist, ceremonialist, and spiritual coach, who finds great joy in leading others along the path of self-transformation. Teaching for over twenty years, she runs international retreats, corporate leadership programs, and online spiritual guidance programs. She is the author of Ritual as Remedy, (Findhorn Press, 2022) and Sage, Huntress, Lover, Queen, (Findhorn Press, 2023) Mara lives with her husband and two daughters in Vancouver, Canada.
